This breath control program focuses on basic freediving safety techniques to enhance comfort and confidence in the water, helping you to develop underwater efficiency, mental clarity under stress, and remain calm in intimidating situations.
Requirements:
- 18+ years or 16+ with consent
- Ability to swim
- Tread water for 2 minutes
- Completed REVIBE Medical Form and Liability Release.
