Welcome to LEVEL 2. This is a 2.5-hour session for those who've mastered LEVEL 1 skills.

Review:

• Peak performance breathing techniques
• Breathwork safety and ocean safety guidelines
• Underwater adaptation, hydrodynamics, and cardio in water
• Open water exercises, loaded and unloaded

Learn:

• Open water ocean safety and perfect your equalization techniques
• Safe practices on the Revibe Track, assessment of the ocean and rescue protocols
• Managing gravity on the ocean floor

Practice:

• Performance breathwork and warm-ups
• Open water safety drills and rescue techniques
• Equalizing while diving and underwater control
• Loaded exercises: running, cannonball, and gardener
• Rescue protocols

Requirements:

• Completed LEVEL 1 Introduction Session
