The REVIBE Breath Control Training Course offers children a unique opportunity to acquire long-lasting skills that help them manage anxiety and stress throughout various aspects of life while fostering a deeper connection to their purpose. By engaging with the wonders of the natural world, they will develop a sense of appreciation and connection that is truly exceptional, positively impacting their overall well-being and personal growth.
This 90-minute session is designed for kids aged 10 to 15 and focuses on teaching breath control techniques that enhance their comfort and confidence in the water.

- Physiology of breath

In-Water Freediving Basics:
We begin the session by introducing basic freediving techniques, including the correct use of equipment such as masks, weights, kettlebells, and lines.
Topics covered:
- Brief overview of freediving and breath-holding
- Practicing breathing techniques
- Practicing static apnea (face-down breath hold in one spot)
Basic Rescue & Ocean Assessment Techniques:
Understanding that the ocean can be unpredictable, we teach basic rescue techniques and ocean assessment to instill confidence in your child and ensure their safety in the water.
The Ocean Safety, Rescue, & Assessment session covers:
- Implementing the Buddy System at all times
- Recognizing signs of distress in others
- Assisting a drowning victim
- Keeping your buddy safe until help arrives
- Ocean assessment for understanding the environment and potential hazards
